みちのくゴルフボランティア is an organization that connects golf-loving seniors with volunteer opportunities at golf courses. Participants draw on their life experience, knowledge, and skills to support golf course operations, including course maintenance and other assistance activities. The organization aims to contribute to a more active and informed golf culture, promote participants’ wellbeing and health, and foster positive relationships between golf courses and their local communities.

Volunteer work is recognized by the host golf course with a complimentary playing entitlement for each work session, which typically lasts four to five hours. Participants can use these entitlements to enjoy golf at the course. The group also periodically organizes friendly competitions after volunteer activities, offering members opportunities to socialize and play together. Through this combination of service and recreation, みちのくゴルフボランティア provides a way for seniors to stay engaged with the sport while contributing to the places where it is played. The website includes a member login area and provides telephone and fax contact details.
