Boxall Taxis

Mick’s Taxis is a long-established taxi service based in Letchworth Garden City, serving North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The company describes itself as the area’s longest-established taxi firm and says it has served local customers for more than 20 years. It provides local pick-ups, immediate and pre-booked journeys, airport transfers, corporate accounts and transport for events.

Airport journeys include a personal door-to-door service, with advance bookings confirmed and flights monitored to support timely pick-ups. Customers can book online or through the app and choose from a range of vehicles, including standard cars and six- or eight-passenger options, with stated luggage capacities. Mick’s Taxis also accommodates customers’ own child car seats by offering secure storage at its office for return journeys or collection; it does not provide car seats.

The company highlights budget-conscious fares, round-the-clock availability, secure vehicles and responsive customer support. Its drivers receive training to help them handle busy UK roads, while office and technical teams support the booking and service experience
