About MICRA indonesia
MICRA Indonesia is a foundation dedicated to the growth and development of the microfinance sector in Indonesia. Founded by Mercy Corps in 2006, MICRA's mission is to strengthen the institutional capabilities of the Indonesian microfinance sector. They provide a wide range of high-quality solutions supported by digital technology to support all stakeholders in the industry.
MICRA focuses on three key areas: financial portal, digital education, and sustainable livelihoods. They aim to empower financially inclusive communities that are resilient and stable in their daily lives. They have been involved in various initiatives, such as conducting market research for earthquake-resistant housing, disaster risk reduction training, technical assistance, ratings, research, and innovation projects.
With a focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, MICRA strives to have a positive impact on financial resilience, poverty alleviation, climate adaptation, risk reduction, and inclusive education.
