Middleground is a volunteer-led literary and art magazine created for mixed-race people and the many identities, stories, and voices within the community. Its mission is to help mixed-race creatives explore identity, share their work, and find resources, while putting the narrative around mixedness into the hands of the community itself. Described as a place “where all roots meet,” Middleground publishes two issues each year, featuring writing and art by mixed-race contributors from around the world.
