MidEastFestival

The Mid-East Festival is a family-oriented community event hosted by Our Lady of Lebanon in Flint, Michigan. Held July 17–19, 2026, the festival brings together food, music, entertainment, and activities for visitors of all ages. Its food offerings center on homemade Middle Eastern cuisine, with selections including kibbee, stuffed grape leaves, hummus, baked meat and spinach pies, tabouli, shawarma, falafel, baklawa, and honey balls.

The festival’s entertainment program features live music, traditional Dabke dance performances, belly dancers, and fireworks provided by Hawks Professional Fireworks. Visitors can also enjoy a car show organized in partnership with Back to the Bricks, along with other family activities and free entertainment. The event presents an opportunity to experience Middle Eastern food and cultural performances while spending time with family and the wider community. Our Lady of Lebanon invites people to participate not only as guests, but also as sponsors, vendors, and volunteers. The festival is held at 4133 Calkins Road in Flint, Michigan.
