Midland Karting is a family-run, award-winning outdoor go-karting venue in Fradley, on the outskirts of Lichfield, established in 2001. Located on former airfield tarmac, its track offers a high-grip setting for racing and is accessible from Birmingham and other nearby cities. Adult drivers can take the wheel of TBKart R25 270cc karts, while younger racers aged eight and over can use TBKart R13 160cc karts.

The venue offers activities for a wide range of ages and abilities, from Bambino sessions for children aged four to seven and beginner-friendly race-school tuition to practice sessions, open races, sprint events and solo endurance competitions. Families can book children’s and teens’ birthday parties, while groups can arrange corporate events, school visits, stag and hen parties, and accessible or SEN-friendly karting. Two-seater passenger rides, mechanic and engineering experiences, and pit bike sessions add further options. Midland Karting also provides gift vouchers, memberships, special offers and on-site refreshments at Smiley’s Tearoom & Café, making it a destination for casual visitors and competitive racers alike.
