Mid Shuswap Water Stewards is a watershed stewardship initiative focused on surface water testing in the Middle Shuswap watershed. Its website shares water-quality information to help people explore monitoring results and understand conditions across local waterways. Visitors can select a sampling site on a map or choose a water body from a list to view E. coli and other results. The listed monitoring areas include creeks, lakes, drainage systems, and sections of the Shuswap River, such as Bessette Creek, Mabel Lake, and the Upper Shuswap River.

The site presents guidance for interpreting water quality, including thresholds related to drinking and swimming, and links to provincial drinking-water and recreational-water guidelines. It also provides access to a water-quality database, site identification and GPS information, export options, feedback, publications, and background resources. These include information about the B.C. Water Sustainability Act, watershed planning, monitoring locations, and a diversion order for Bessette Creek. Field trips and introductory information about the initiative are also featured, supporting public learning and engagement with watershed stewardship.
