Midwest Antler Co

Midwest Antler Co. is a family-run hunting outfitter in Southwest Iowa, owned by Chad Johnston and operated with Jaime, Mathew, Camryn, and Beau Johnston. The company’s primary focus is providing a quality, memorable hunting experience, supported by carefully managed properties and a comfortable lodge. Its services include deer hunting, turkey hunting, coyote hunting, and goose hunting.

For whitetail hunters, Midwest Antler Co. offers access to fresh properties managed to minimize hunting pressure, along with extensive scouting before and during the season. The outfitter aims to give guests a strong opportunity to pursue a mature Iowa whitetail, while making clear that hunts are not guaranteed. The surrounding Southwest Iowa landscape provides habitat for both deer and turkey, with corn and soybean fields, hay fields, conservation reserve program land, hardwoods, ditches, and cedar-lined draws. The company recognizes that Iowa hunting tags can be difficult and costly to obtain, and emphasizes making guests’ time in the field worthwhile.
