Midwest Cookie Co

Midwest Cookie Co is a custom baking business led by Nicole, its owner and creator. A self-taught baker and decorator, Nicole brings a personal, creative approach to developing recipes and designing treats for celebrations and special events. Each creation is handmade and baked from scratch, with natural products used whenever possible and local sourcing sought for ingredients and supplies she cannot make herself.

The brand’s offerings include wedding treats, decorated cookies, custom cakes, and cupcakes. Customers can inquire about booking Midwest Cookie Co to help bring an event idea to life, with separate inquiry options for weddings and other custom projects. Beyond made-to-order baking, the business also shares a schedule of events featuring pop-ups, workshops, and demonstrations. Visitors can check the schedule to find upcoming opportunities to attend an event or enroll in a class. Through its custom creations and hands-on activities, Midwest Cookie Co combines personalized baking with ways for customers to connect with Nicole’s craft and designs.
