MIE FYS

MIE FYS is a physiotherapy and exercise practice in Hillerød, Denmark, offering child-focused treatment and group activities for people with specific health and mobility needs. Its approach emphasizes trust, personal connection, understanding and respect. For children, treatment is designed to feel like play, helping build confidence and engagement in child-friendly clinic rooms. MIE FYS supports babies with head or skull asymmetry, as well as children with hypersensitivity, behavioural challenges, anxiety, stress-related nervous system concerns, motor insecurity, cerebral palsy or other neurological conditions.

The practice also offers playful movement sessions for young children, with balance and motor skills as key foundations. Adults can join dance sessions for people with Parkinson’s, using varied music and dance styles to practise balance, coordination and walking. Participants may dance with a partner, and rollator users can take part. A separate heart exercise group combines cardiovascular activity, strength, coordination and balance training, sometimes outdoors. Sessions are designed to be varied and social.
