Mies Natal

Construfit presents Mies, a high-end residential development in the Tirol district of Natal, Brazil, as part of its Cidade Bauhaus project. Located at the corner of Avenida Hermes da Fonseca and Avenida Alexandrino de Alencar, Mies offers views of Parque das Dunas and combines residences with a wider mixed-use setting. Cidade Bauhaus includes a street-level mall with 10 shops and a corporate tower with 56 offices, with separate access for residents and commercial users.

Mies features apartments ranging from 71 to 202 square metres, with layouts offering two, three or four suites, as well as houses with private pools and duplex penthouses with rooftop areas. The residences include options such as private pools, private entrance halls, delivery elevators and three parking spaces. Shared amenities span two floors and include heated pools, event and leisure spaces, a gym, spa, sauna and wellness facilities. The project’s architecture is credited to Felipe Bezerra, with landscaping by Bruna Lago.
