About Migrations & Développement
Migrations & Développement | Marseille is a Franco-Moroccan association established in 1986 by migrants to carry out development actions in their home region. As an International Solidarity Organization, they are committed to making a difference in various domains. Their areas of intervention include Gender and Development, Rural Infrastructure and Environment, Local Governance, Income-Generating Activities, Youth Education and Training, and the Involvement of Migrants in Development.
Migrations & Développement aims to promote sustainable protection and resilience for migrants and host populations in Morocco. They also strive for equality between men and women through their program Amsaswa and support territorialization of migration policies in the Souss-Massa region. Additionally, they engage in international solidarity by mobilizing and supporting diaspora and International Solidarity Organizations.
Migrations & Développement promotes the valorization and presentation of territorial resources through initiatives such as the Territorial Valorization Center in Taliouine. With their commitment to societal and environmental development, Migrations & Développement is making a positive impact in both France and Morocco
