Mighty Little Giants

Mighty Little Giants is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting families whose babies are receiving care in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU/NICCU), particularly after preterm deliveries and extended hospital stays. Its mission is to bridge the gap for these families through compassion, integrity, encouragement, advocacy, education, and peace during an uncertain time. The organization offers NICU support groups and a community chat where parents can share updates, ask questions, and connect with its team and other families.

Its virtual Trach Talk Tuesdays group provides a space for NICU parents navigating decisions about tracheomalacia surgery to exchange experiences and find guidance. Mighty Little Giants also provides emergency financial support, mental health-focused programming, art therapy, and opportunities for fellowship. Its MLG Literacy Program is another part of its offerings.
