Mighty Mentors WA

Mighty Mentors is a disability support and mentoring provider serving NDIS participants across Perth and the Peel region of Western Australia. Its person-centred approach starts by listening to each participant and understanding their goals, interests, preferences and support needs. The team works with participants, families and support networks to find a suitable mentor, and offers a trial shift so participants can assess the fit before ongoing support begins.

Services include short-term accommodation, personal care and in-home support, community-based mentoring, in-home skill building, and group programs focused on independence and everyday life skills. Support can help participants develop practical abilities, build confidence, access the community and strengthen social connections, while maintaining choice and control over daily life. Mighty Mentors also offers respite and day-program options. Its group programs are available for teens aged 10–17 and adults aged 18 and older.

The organisation describes its mission as raising the standard of disability support through consistent, personalised services. Its values include communication, collaboration, integrity, respect, inclusion, self-determination and continuous improvement.
