Migrant's Bureau

Migrant's Bureau is a dynamic and forward-thinking social design and urbanism practice that is dedicated to working with immigrant and migrant communities using emerging technology. At Migrant's Bureau, our purpose is clear - to create a culture where immigrant and migrant communities actively participate in the design and construction of playgrounds, community spaces, and housing. Our projects are driven by our commitment to inclusivity and equity, with a strong focus on women's empowerment.

We have launched initiatives such as the #SaferCities4Women campaign, which aims to design safer and more inclusive spaces for women. Through engaging with our growing network of women, we curate valuable insights and strive to center the voices of Black and migrant women in the UK and abroad. As the founding-director, Alisha Morenike Fisher is deeply invested in promoting diversity and sustainability.

She is an active member of Founderland, a network of Women Founders dedicated to funding diverse, sustainable, and scalable businesses.
