Mihališin

Jozef Mihališin supports men, fathers, boys and families on journeys of self-discovery and healthy masculinity, while helping mothers better understand and guide their sons. His work also encourages growth in organisations and businesses through programmes, workshops and consultations.

Offerings include the Zrkadlo Muža (Mirror of Man), a long-term men’s development programme, and transition rituals for boys and men. Fathers and sons, mothers and sons, and families can take part in retreats, camps and shared activities such as family games and water-based experiences. The programme also includes men’s circles, father–son conversations, woodworking and knife-making weekends, and family retreats.

For organisations and schools, Mihališin provides team-building activities and programmes for students, teachers and families from companies. Individual support is available through mentoring, coaching and consultations on raising boys. His calendar also features online experiences focused on breathwork and stress regulation, as well as retreats and vision quests.
