Mijnbeste-Ik

Mijnbeste-Ik is a body-oriented guidance practice in Castricum, Netherlands, supporting people—particularly women navigating change—in reconnecting with themselves. Led by Anneke, the practice focuses on conscious breathing, nervous-system regulation and trauma-sensitive support. Its approach invites clients to slow down, notice bodily signals and work at a pace that feels safe and appropriate, rather than striving to change themselves through effort alone.

Sessions and exercises are tailored to each person’s needs and may support greater calm, easier relaxation, deeper sleep, freer breathing, body awareness and a stronger sense of inner capacity. The practice welcomes people experiencing tension, restlessness, fatigue, difficulty settling or a period of life transition. Testimonials describe gentle breathing exercises and sessions, including breath circles, as helpful ways to explore breathing and ease tension.

Before beginning, prospective clients can request a complimentary introductory conversation of about 30 minutes, held by phone or online. This is an opportunity to share what they would like to focus on and see whether the guidance feels like a good fit; there is no obligation to continue.
