MikControl is a remote management and monitoring platform for MikroTik routers, designed especially for network administrators and Wi-Fi zone operators in Africa. It helps users supervise, manage, and secure network equipment from a single dashboard, wherever they are. The service offers secure remote access through WireGuard, L2TP, SSTP, and OpenVPN, with tools for connecting to Winbox, Mikhmon, and Webfig. Real-time monitoring displays router health, CPU and memory use, active hotspot and PPPoE sessions, uptime, and system information; users can also restart routers remotely.

MikControl provides subscription plans for VPN access, with options ranging from one month to one year, and add-on ports. Customers can also subscribe separately to Mikhmon Online Pro with PPPoE management, a dedicated domain, hotspot and PPPoE user administration, tickets, profiles, and sales reports. The platform advertises coverage across African countries and offers free account creation. Through the wider CiscoTek ecosystem, users can also access French-language IT training, MikroTik login-page templates, tutorials, and network news.
