MIKE-BIKE is an independent motorcycle workshop in Solingen, Germany, led by Michael Schmidt, a master motorcycle mechanic with decades of Harley-Davidson experience. The business combines custom motorcycle design with practical engineering, guided by the principle that form should work in harmony with function. Its approach favors considered, individual modifications over excessive customization, with the aim of balancing distinctive appearance and enjoyable riding.

Services cover custom-bike planning and consultation, modifications, exhaust and engine optimization, maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and performance tuning. The workshop also provides carburetor and fuel-injection tuning, suspension setup and lowering, tire and wheel-spoking services, and brake optimization. Electrical work includes fault diagnosis, alarm installation, and ignition optimization. Additional specialist work includes painting and airbrushing, sandblasting, powder coating, polishing and chroming, metal welding, and upholstery. Customers can also arrange collection and delivery, vehicle inspection, and emissions testing.

MIKE-BIKE showcases a range of completed builds, including Sportster, Dyna, Softail, Panhead, and E-Glide projects. The workshop operates Tuesday through Saturday in Solingen.
