Mikou-Dor

Mikou, also known as Mikou-Dor, is an independent goldsmith brand and jewelry atelier based on Noordeinde in The Hague. Its work combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean forms, geometry, Amazigh symbolism and mosaic patterns. The collection includes handmade gold and silver earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces and engagement rings, with designs featuring diamonds, gemstones and natural pearls.

Mikou also creates made-to-order jewelry, guiding customers from an initial idea or sketch through to the finished piece. Clients can discuss their preferred gold color and carat, incorporate their own gold or gemstones, or transform a family heirloom into a new design. The atelier also offers jewelry repairs and works with customers to select stones and develop personal designs. With decades of goldsmithing experience and established suppliers, Mikou emphasizes careful workmanship, distinctive forms and vibrant materials.
