MIKU Agency is a recruitment service in Thailand that helps households find domestic and caregiving support suited to their needs. Its services include permanent housekeepers, childcare providers and nannies, elderly caregivers, and household staff who can also assist with pet care. The agency presents itself as part of the same corporate group as BeNeat, an online housekeeping service, and emphasizes careful candidate screening, responsive service, and matching applicants to each client’s requested qualifications.

MIKU’s hiring process begins with clients describing the role and the qualities they need. The agency then searches for suitable candidates and enables clients to interview preferred applicants before work begins. Criminal background checks and health examinations can be arranged according to the client’s request. MIKU also provides guidance on role expectations, including the differences between childcare-focused nannies and staff with combined childcare and household duties. Clients can contact the agency for consultations and inquiries through its listed phone numbers, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
