MILA is a multi-venue dining and lifestyle destination in the heart of Miami Beach, bringing together Mediterranean and Japanese influences in its signature MediterrAsian cuisine. The brand combines elevated dining, nightlife, and immersive design in a rooftop setting, where water features and fire performances contribute to the atmosphere. Its offerings span four distinct concepts: MILA Restaurant, a rooftop dining experience; MILA Omakase, an intimate 12-seat room focused on Japanese cuisine with Mediterranean influences; MILA Lounge, a secluded, multisensory nightlife space; and MILA MM, a private venue for members.

Guests can explore restaurant menus, brunch, lounge experiences, and omakase, alongside bespoke mixology and music-led evenings. MILA also hosts private dining and special events, with options ranging from small gatherings to full venue buyouts across its restaurant, lounge, and omakase spaces. Founded by Gregory Galy and Marine Giron-Galy, the destination reflects their travels and spirit of discovery. Its interiors, designed by Olya Volkova, blend Cycladic minimalism and Japanese Wabi-Sabi with natural materials and curated art.
