Mildheart

MildHEART Care Foundation is a Nigeria-based organization working to help children and young people live informed, healthy, meaningful, and violence-free lives. Based in Enugu, the foundation equips youth with knowledge, skills, and support to make responsible decisions, particularly in sexual and reproductive health. Its core areas include sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence prevention, menstrual health and hygiene, and healthy masculinity.

MildHEART delivers its mission through educational outreach, community engagement, advocacy, and edutainment. Its initiatives include workshops and adolescent development programmes, as well as comic book projects that make health education accessible and engaging. The foundation also produces podcasts featuring experts, advocates, and young people, and works to raise awareness, influence policy, and promote access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education and services. In partnership with community organizations, it facilitates conversations about consent, gender equality, respect, and violence prevention. MildHEART invites individuals to volunteer, donate, and support its programmes.
