Milford Gin is a spirits brand inspired by the coastal connections between Wales and New Zealand. Its name reflects the history linking Milford Haven in Wales with Milford Sound, known in Māori as Piopiotahi. The London Dry is distilled with eight botanicals, including Welsh Laver seaweed and New Zealand Kawakawa, alongside classic ingredients such as juniper, coriander and angelica. Its flavour is described as citrus-bright, savoury and smooth. The Pink Gin combines a classic botanical base with Welsh Laver seaweed, Maungatapere raspberry and Waitematā Mānuka honey added after distillation, creating restrained berry and floral sweetness.
