Mikey Weinstein is the founder and president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to upholding religious freedom for all members of the United States Armed Forces. With over 82,000 active duty, veteran, and civilian personnel seeking assistance, MRFF aims to ensure that everyone in the military receives the constitutional guarantee of religious freedom as outlined in the First Amendment's Establishment Clause. The foundation provides support, redress, and advocacy for individuals who have encountered civil rights grievances related to religion.

It assists with resolving issues and raising awareness about religious freedom violations. Notably, 95% of the individuals who reach out to MRFF for help are Christians themselves, reflecting the diverse nature of the cases handled by the organization. Mikey Weinstein and the MRFF work tirelessly to protect the rights of all service members, fostering an environment that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the military.

Their mission is deeply rooted in the history and principles of religious freedom in the United States Armed Forces, ensuring that the constitutional rights of every individual are upheld
