MilkandMore

MilkandMore Lactation Consultancy supports families in Canberra with breastfeeding guidance, infant sleep and settling strategies, and parenting support. Its approach emphasizes preventative care, evidence-based practice, and experience with complex breastfeeding situations. Consultations are available in the family’s home or virtually, offering practical support tailored to individual needs and goals.

Services include help with establishing and maintaining breastfeeding, improving a baby’s hold and position at the breast, and assessing sucking, swallowing, breathing, and tongue function. The consultancy also provides guidance on increasing or reducing milk supply and addressing fussiness during feeds. Families can seek clinical support for nipple or breast pain, feeding difficulties, and breast infections, as well as advice on weaning a baby or toddler.

MilkandMore can also help parents combine breastfeeding with solids or family foods and develop a daily pattern of care that works for their household. Families can contact the consultancy by email or phone to discuss support and bookings.
