You can achieve a pristine matte white look or remove it to shoot directly onto an industrial concrete floor. ● Spacious and Accessible: Located on the ground floor, our studio spans 139 square metres (1496.18 square feet) with a ceiling height of 4 metres (13.2 feet). ● Professional Amenities: -Large Makeup and Styling Area: Equipped with a steamer, ironing station, rails, and hangers for all your styling needs. -Comfortable Lounge Area: A relaxing space to unwind during shoots. -Paintable Feature Wall: Currently white, offering flexibility for creative backdrops. -Kitchenette: Complete with a fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher for your convenience. -Fully Stocked Fridge: Refreshments readily available. -Lavazza coffee -Bathroom and Shower: Ensuring comfort for long shoots. -Editing/Client Snug: The Library offers a cosy space for editing and client meetings. ● Technical Specifications: -Power Supply: One 16-amp and one 32-amp single-phase outlet beside the cove, including a 32-amp to 4 x 16-amp distro.
