Meadville Medical Center

Meadville Medical Center operates two community pharmacies serving patients in Meadville and Cochranton, Pennsylvania: Mill Run Community Pharmacy and Cochranton Community Pharmacy. Both are open Monday through Saturday and offer drive-through service, prescription refills through RxLocal, consultations, vaccines, and prescription delivery. Their services are designed to make obtaining and managing medications convenient while supporting attentive, patient-focused care.

Mill Run Pharmacy became part of Meadville Medical Center in 2021. Its stated mission is to meet patients’ prescription needs promptly, at the lowest possible price, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care and also offers specialty pharmacy services. Cochranton Community Pharmacy joined the medical center in 2025 and is located in the Cochranton Community Services Complex, alongside two MMC family medicine practices.

Beyond dispensing prescriptions, the pharmacy program provides educational resources on medication safety and maintaining accurate medication lists. Patients can access guidance, video interviews, and links to medication-record templates from public health organizations, helping them keep essential health information organized and available.
