About Millsap Farm
Millsap Farm, located just four miles north of Springfield, MO, is a 20-acre diversified farm operated by Curtis and Sarah Millsap, their eight daughters, and several apprentices. They acquired the farm in 2007 from James and Erma Brown, who had a thriving nursery and bedding plant business there for over three decades. The Millsaps are committed to farming with organic practices, focusing on soil, energy, and water conservation.
They grow an impressive array of produce, including vegetables and flowers, in their 25,000 square feet of greenhouse space. With a strong emphasis on community, the farm offers their high-quality produce through a year-round CSA, farmers' market, and restaurant sales. Their mission is to provide healthful food while caring for their family, land, and customers.
