MILTEK Aviation

MILTEK Aviation is an Australian SME aviation company focused on delivering training and operational support solutions for Australian Defence. The company aims to strengthen combat readiness with flexible, multi-role capabilities designed around Defence priorities, drawing on a team of experienced former Defence personnel and relationships with Australian industry partners.

Its core offering centres on a fleet of modernised Hawker Hunter fighter aircraft. These aircraft support adversary “Red Air” training, operational test and evaluation, electronic warfare and counter-anti-surface warfare exercises, and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) training. Capabilities include weapon and target simulation, podded stores, radar emulation, Link-16 integration, and electro-optical and infrared targeting support. The Hunters feature mission-ready avionics, customisable equipment configurations, and external fuel tank options to support extended training sorties.

MILTEK also provides scalable training support, simulation and emulation, and tailored assistance for current and future ADF requirements. Its mission is to offer innovative alternatives to conventional training procurement, support Defence personnel and retain valuable aircrew experience.
