About Mimorada
Mimorada is an innovative brand specializing in automated property valuation. Founded during the Spain property crisis of 2009-2012, Mimorada aimed to provide independent and accessible housing valuations. As pioneers in the field, they introduced GIS-based valuations to the general public and implemented advanced technologies like Big Data, web scraping, and AI tools in the Spanish private property sector.
Their groundbreaking efforts were recognized when they became finalists at the VIII UPM StartUP Competition at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and incubated at the European Business and Innovation Centre of Asturias. Since then, Mimorada has expanded its horizons and in 2014, they established a limited company in Hong Kong with the goal of delivering superior quality valuations of residential property in the Asia-Pacific region. The brand was co-founded by Jorge Villamor Cantera, who now practices as an architect and urban planner in Santander, Spain, and Paco García Moro, a respected scholar and lecturer based in Bangkok, Thailand.
