About Masaryk International Medical Students Association
Masaryk International Medical Student Association (MIMSA) is the official representative of international medical students studying at Masaryk University in Czechia. With over 1000 members from various medical programs including General Medicine, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, and the Pre-Med program, MIMSA plays a crucial role in supporting and advocating for the unique needs of these students.
MIMSA serves as a bridge between students, the Faculty's Administrative Board, Spolek Mediků Brno, IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students Association), and other local and international organizations. The association aims to facilitate the students' stay in the Czech Republic by providing them with the most comprehensive study materials, educational events, and resources.
Apart from their academic support, MIMSA promotes a well-rounded university experience by organizing social gatherings and sporting events. These opportunities allow students to connect, meet new people, and find respite from the stresses of university life.
