Mind-Move Life Kinetik Christina Glaser offers individualized, holistic support to help children and young people develop concentration, confidence, and wellbeing. Its approach recognizes that each child is unique and builds on existing strengths, abilities, and potential rather than focusing only on difficulties. Training is tailored to a child’s needs and personality, with movement, perception, learning strategies, and relaxation working together to support development.

The practice is organized around four complementary areas: Life Kinetik, which combines movement, perception, and mental coordination; reflex integration, focused on integrating early childhood reflexes; learning coaching, which helps children understand learning and develop strategies; and relaxation training, which supports rest and self-regulation. Services are intended for children from preschool age onward and address challenges related to concentration, learning, motivation, emotional resilience, and everyday demands.

Sessions are designed to make development enjoyable and accessible, without performance pressure. Through conversation with parents and individualized training, Christina Glaser aims to help children recognize their progress, build trust in their abilities, and strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem.
