Mind & Life

Mind & Life Institute is a brand that brings together science and contemplative wisdom to deepen our understanding of the mind and create positive change in the world. With a mission to merge these two domains, they offer a range of products and services that explore the intersection of science, spirituality, and personal growth. Their Events section includes Dialogues and Conversations, where leading scientists, scholars, and contemplatives engage in thought-provoking discussions.

The Summer Research Institute provides an opportunity for scholars to delve into contemplative science and its applications. Mind & Life Connect offers community conversations on contemplative science, wisdom, and action. The brand also offers grants, including Varela Grants, PEACE Grants, and Contemplative Changemaking Grants, to support research and projects that promote contemplative practices.

Additionally, Mind & Life provides online learning resources such as the Mind & Life Digital Library, which features recorded conversations and dialogues between the Dalai Lama and renowned experts. Their online courses, essays, and podcasts further delve into the mind-body connection and explore the potential of contemplative practices. By merging science with contemplative wisdom, Mind & Life Institute aims to create a future that our children and grandchildren will love, fostering resilience, hope, and deep understanding
