Mind Body Baby is a Grand Rapids yoga and barre studio dedicated to serving mothers and mothers-to-be. Our offerings include fertility, prenatal, and postpartum yoga and barre classes. At the Mind Body Baby Collective, we provide a holistic approach to support mamas and mamas-to-be, offering services like childcare and access to self-care providers in our shared space.

In addition to our yoga and barre classes, we have a cafe where moms can relax with specialty drinks and snacks. Our co-working space is baby-friendly and offers on-site childcare for all moms who need a space to work or unwind. The community lounge, childcare services, nursery, and movement classes cater to the unique needs of mothers at every stage. Join us at Mind Body Baby to find a welcoming space where you can nurture yourself as you journey through motherhood.
