Mind Bump and Birth

Mind, Bump & Birth is a Darwin-based provider of childbirth education, supporting expectant women and their birth partners to prepare for a calm, positive and empowered birth. Led by nurse and midwife Nicole Mathewson, the business offers private and group Hypnobirthing Australia™ classes from its studio in Malak. The courses provide practical tools and education to help participants feel prepared for birth, whatever path it takes or how they envision their birthing day.

Mind, Bump & Birth also offers the Positive Caesarean Course for people planning a caesarean section, extending its support to different birth experiences. The classes address physiological birth and aim to help reduce fear and build confidence through informed preparation. Mind, Bump & Birth welcomes enquiries from families seeking more information about its courses and support.

The business acknowledges that it lives and works on the sacred and unceded lands of the Larrakia People, and pays respect to Elders past and present and to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
