We are a privately owned Swedish corporate group that acquires, supports and develops technology-based businesses in a number of well-defined niches. The Mindelon group comprises a number of companies specialising in providing value-added solutions for the retail sector, as well as customised interiors and bodywork för commercial vehicles. Together the companies have some 275 employees in the Nordic region and the UK, and annual sales of approximately SEK 675 million. We strive to grow as a group and expand both organically and through acquisitions. As owner, we act in the long term and with great confidence in the companies' own competence to run and develop their operations. Mindelon has two sister groups - KAMIC Group and Amplex - with which we share, in all significant aspects, our business model and values. Mindelon also shares several management functions with its sister groups.
