Led by Head Coach Sharon Castle, the academy focuses on understanding how the mind works and developing a deeper sense of peace, contentment, happiness, and fulfilment. Its offerings include The Awakening, a three-week program and Level 1 coach-training course featuring live teaching, transformational videos, and worksheets.

Level 2, The Calling, develops Mindfit coaching principles and prepares participants to guide others. The academy also offers Your Inner GPS, a group coaching program addressing challenges such as stress, anxiety, burnout, and unhelpful habits, as well as Mindfit for Teens, a structured, interactive course delivered through ten lessons. Programs are designed to encourage self-discovery and practical personal growth, with online access available to participants wherever they are.
