Mindful Moments is a child care provider in Sherwood Park, Alberta, offering full-time programs for children aged 19 months to 12 years. Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the centre provides full-day child care, kindergarten care, and before- and after-school care for children in Grades 1–6. School-age care also covers school closure days, fall and spring breaks, and summer.

The centre combines learning, active play, and outdoor experiences in a welcoming environment. Its 15,000-square-foot outdoor play area includes nature features, art and block-building spaces, a bike area, green space, tree swings, and water access. Indoors, an 800-square-foot gym supports activities such as sports, yoga, dancing, and movement. Children also enjoy regular field trips and visits from special guests. During the school year, a professional dance teacher leads a monthly class, except for children in Grades 1–6.

Mindful Moments shares information about its educators, parent resources, and program options online. Families can contact the centre to ask about current openings or join the waiting list.
