Mindful Little Sprouts

Mindful Little Sprouts is a children’s emotional wellbeing brand offering play-based classes for ages 2 to 11. Its mission is to help children feel better about themselves by giving them practical tools to understand and manage emotions, build resilience, and navigate life’s ups and downs. Classes provide a welcoming space where children can explore big feelings, unwind, and practise healthy ways to cope with frustration and anxiety.
