Our certified Peer Supporters create a pressure-free environment for meaningful conversations by drawing from their own lived experiences. These peer support services can be complemented with counseling and psychiatric services for comprehensive support.
Whether you prefer 1:1 sessions or group support, our Peer Support is flexible and accommodating. To help you determine if peer support is right for you, we provide a 1-week free trial for all new clients. After the trial, you have the freedom to choose the frequency of your peer support sessions.
Additionally, we offer individual 1:1 peer support, where you can connect with a peer supporter who shares similar lived experiences, as well as group support sessions. Our group support includes the Body Image Support Group, Stress & Anxiety Support Group, and Self-Esteem Support Group. If none of the available group times work for you, you can join our interest list for future opportunities.
