A Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, Meister has supported families for nearly ten years and has run her own practice since 2018. The practice helps families navigate challenges including anger, anxiety, school stress, concentration difficulties, sleep, self-confidence, developmental questions, family separation, and habits such as nail biting or thumb sucking.

mindkids takes a whole-family approach, looking beyond a child’s visible behaviour to consider their feelings, experiences, strengths, and needs. Support may include family coaching and parent guidance, alongside methods selected to suit each family. These include mindTV®, KinFlex®, V.E.N.U.S. centering therapy, Benaudira hearing training, play therapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, Brainlog®, and approaches from Bunte Intelligenz. Families begin with a conversation to explore their concerns and agree on a suitable path. The practice also offers a self-paced online course, “Die Leuchtturm-Methode,” with short videos and a workbook to help parents respond to children’s anger.
