About Mindspace Foundation
Mindspace Counselling is a thriving community counseling agency in Hampshire, dedicated to increasing the accessibility of mental health support. Founded in 2018, we are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that aims to provide affordable counseling sessions to individuals of all financial situations. We prioritize increasing the number of highly skilled and well-trained counseling practitioners, especially in specialized areas like working with children and young people.
Our services include low-cost and affordable counseling sessions for children (aged 5+), teenagers, and adults. We charge fees on a sliding scale, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder anyone from accessing support. Additionally, we offer training for counseling professionals through Mindspace College, the largest independent provider in Hampshire. As a CPCAB, SEG, and NCS approved center, we offer nationally accredited qualifications from entry level to specialist youth and supervisory work.
