Welcome to MindTree Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center LLC! Our center, located in Portland, Oregon, is dedicated to providing holistic treatments for children, adults, and families. We believe that true well-being comes from integrating the healing of the mind and body. At MindTree, we have a team of independent providers who offer a wide range of services to address your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Our treatments include counseling, yoga, energy healing, Ayurveda, lifestyle alterations, and nutrition. We also offer online counseling for residents of Oregon, to accommodate busy schedules. In addition to our counseling services, we offer complementary wellness services such as psychotherapeutic Reiki for anxiety, Reiki energy healing for children and adults, Ayurvedic consultations, and yoga and mindfulness-based meditations.

Our team of providers respects diversity and works with clients from different backgrounds and orientations. We offer therapy in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Farsi, Tamil, and Telugu. At MindTree, our goal is to provide individualized care customized to your needs and help you achieve your treatment goals.

We practice client-centered care, where we prioritize listening, validation, and creating a safe space for you to be heard. We also have a Dhyana Yoga Studio at MindTree, where we integrate movement, art, yoga, and meditation. Join us for regular group classes and private instruction to be inspired to move, meditate, and energize.

We're now open for in-office clients and in-person classes, but office entry is by appointment only to limit the number of individuals in our space.
