Mobility in Dystrophy (MIND) Trust is a Kerala-based organization founded in 2017 by people living with Muscular Dystrophy (MD) and Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Built from a patient support group, MIND describes itself as a community standing together to improve inclusion and help people with disabilities participate in everyday life. Its work focuses on awareness, education, livelihood, rehabilitation, financial support, and research.

The trust shares scientific information about MD and SMA, promotes accessible education for children, and supports adults pursuing equivalency examinations. It also aims to help people build employment opportunities and advocates for evidence-based initiatives. Through its Snehasammanam project, MIND provides monthly pension support to beneficiaries without income and financial assistance during medical emergencies.

The organization also runs a wheelchair campaign to improve access and independence for people experiencing progressive muscle weakness. MIND is planning Oridam, an inclusive rehabilitation space intended to support people with MD and SMA, alongside research-led activities. Visitors can register as beneficiaries, volunteer, pursue an internship, explore campaigns, or donate to support the trust’s programs
