Mindy Indy is an independent cartoonist based in Brooklyn who is captivating audiences with her unique brand of graphic novellas. At the heart of her creative endeavors is AER HEAD, an ongoing comic series that takes inspiration from her awe-inspiring experiences in San Diego. Mindy's passion for art developed during her college years at the University of Michigan School of Art & Design, where she honed her skills in cartooning and animation.

Drawing influence from her favorite artist, Rumiko Takahashi, Mindy blends humor, action, and a cast of quirky characters to create captivating stories. She has recently achieved a significant milestone with the completion of AER HEAD #1, a 50-page comic issue that was successfully funded through Kickstarter. In addition to her comic work, Mindy has illustrated 74 captivating illustrations for God's Superheroes: Amazing Catholic Women and Amazing Catholic Men, published by Our Sunday Visitor.

Mindy's talent has also extended to teaching comic creation at Harlem Children's Zone and showcasing her art at esteemed events like New York Comic Con. As a versatile artist, Mindy has thrived in the freelance world, designing for non-profits, creating custom comics, and establishing a loyal Patreon fanbase. Her dedication and creativity have earned her a residency at Transform, a Christian Artist Residency.
