Minesweeper Retiled

Minesweeper: Retiled is a mobile game that reimagines classic Minesweeper across 116 different board tilings. It keeps the familiar rules but changes which tiles count as neighbours, creating fresh logical challenges on shapes such as hexagons, pentagons, triangles, Penrose patterns, the Hat and the Spectre. Players can explore standard, two-uniform, three-uniform and aperiodic boards, with a new layout generated for each aperiodic game.

Puzzle mode offers boards designed to be solved through logic alone, with Easy, Medium and Hard settings that control the depth of reasoning required. Standard mode ensures the first reveal is safe. The game also features local-network multiplayer, with cooperative play on a shared board or competitive races on identical boards. Every game can be replayed and shared as an image, animated WebP or MP4 video.

Players can customize boards with seven colour themes and nine tile styles, and compare scores across tilings and difficulty settings. Available on Android, the game includes six free tilings and a one-time Pro upgrade for the rest.
