MINFISA

Minfisa is a locally operated Finnish transport service focused on reliable, safe and customer-oriented journeys. The business provides professional transport for people, small animals and goods, with valid operating permits and a commitment to confidentiality: conversations during rides remain private. Its services include consumer taxi trips, airport transfers, item transport and other journeys arranged by agreement or in advance.

Minfisa primarily serves Kela taxi customers in Central and Northern Ostrobothnia, offering rides to hospitals, health centres and rehabilitation services. Passengers can request a ride with Minfisa’s vehicle by contacting the business to check availability, then booking through the regional Kela taxi dispatch service and specifying the vehicle preference. The regional booking line operates around the clock, and a text-message booking option is available for people with hearing or speech impairments.

The business also lists transport connected with local events, including races and markets. Customers can reach Minfisa by phone on weekdays during stated business hours, or use WhatsApp and email at other times.
