Minilä

Minilä is a family wellbeing business based in Helsinki, serving babies, parents and children across the capital region. Founded by Marja, a trained childcare professional and infant wellbeing specialist, Minilä combines professional experience with a warm, gentle and child-centred approach. Its services include reflexology-based baby massage for infants aged two weeks to eleven months, breastfeeding guidance, pregnancy massage and support intended to encourage labour from 39 weeks of pregnancy.

Baby massage may help ease common concerns such as digestive discomfort, restlessness and body tension, while also offering families a calm way to connect with their baby. Breastfeeding consultations include discussion and assessment of the baby’s latch, with follow-up visits available. Minilä also provides flexible childcare for individual hours, full days or regular arrangements, at the child’s home, Marja’s home or other agreed locations.

Home visits are available for selected services, and baby massage courses can be arranged for groups and businesses. Across its offerings, Minilä focuses on attentive care, family support and each child’s individual needs
