MinistryList.com is a ministry employment service operated by Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, connecting churches and ministries with Christian leaders. The platform allows organizations to post ministry positions and enables job seekers to search available opportunities. While it connects ministries with Gordon-Conwell’s network of more than 10,000 alumni, the service is open for anyone to use free of charge.

Organizations can create an account, submit position listings, and manage them through an online dashboard. Gordon-Conwell moderates submissions to support posting quality; listings typically take two to three business days to go live and expire after six months. Employers can check status, edit or delete a listing, or mark a role as filled.

MinistryList also directs visitors interested in further ministry preparation to Gordon-Conwell’s broader offerings, including events, courses, graduate certificates, master’s degrees, and a Doctor of Ministry program. Career Services provides contact support for the platform. Overall, MinistryList combines a practical recruitment resource with connections to the seminary’s educational and ministry network.
